At the age of just 19 months, she fell ill with a high fever, which left her both deaf and blind. Imagine a world without sound or sight! Despite these immense challenges, Helen Keller's indomitable spirit shone brightly. With the help of her teacher, Anne Sullivan, Helen learned to communicate using a system of touch, known as the finger alphabet. She could spell out words by feeling the movements of Anne's fingers on her palm. Helen Keller's story is a testament to the power of determination and perseverance.
